PROGRAMS Rocket launcher able to place 400 kg of payload in Low Earth Orbit. The first flight of this launcher (European Lunar Explorer - ELE as payload) is for the Google Lunar X Prize Competition. Helen 2 Helen 2 is a suborbital rocket build for the Google Lunar X Prize Competition. It's main purpose is to test elements, such propulsion, flight procedures and avionics, that will be used in the Competition. Suborbital manned space plane build for the Ansari X Prize Competition. Unfortunately, the airframe was completed only after the end of this competition. The project is now on hold at ARCA. Automated spacecraft build by ARCA for the Google Lunar X Prize Competition. It will be placed into Low Earth Orbit with the Haas launcher. Governmental finnanced program - PNII National Research Program. Manned suborbital space vehicle. It completed two stratospheric flights. Stabilo was lifted above the Earth atmosphere with the help of huge Montgolfier solar balloons. ARCA's first launched rocket vehicle. The rocket was equiped with world first composite materials reusable rocket engine tested in flight. The flight was registered for the Ansari X Prize Competition. These balloons, build at ARCA, are used as the first stage for the Stabilo and Haas rockets. The rockets are lifted into the stratosphere, a place where the atmosphere is thiner. ARCA's first build rocket vehicle. It had suborbital capabilities. It never flew, but it was used as a test bed for fuel tanks and rocket engines.
